Visit Iceland's most famous attractions: the Gulfoss Waterfall, Geysir, and Thingvellir National Park, in a one day express tour.

Our first stop on the Golden Circle express jeep tour is the historic Thingvellir National Park where the Icelandic Parliament was formed in 930 A.D. Thingvellir is also the point at which the European and North American continental plates meet stirring up constant geothermal activity. Both the historical and scientific significance of this place make it one of the most revered locations in all of Iceland.

Next, we come to the Gulfoss Waterfall where you can get up close and personal to the spray of the extremely powerful waterfall. Glacier waters run down over lava fields to create this magnificent release of water over sheer cliffs.

Last, we stop at the Geysir hot spring. This is one of the oldest known geysers in Europe and the source form which every other geyser in the world gets its name. After this last stop, we return to Reykjavik and return you to the doorstep of your hotel or guest house.

We depart from Reykjavik in a very comfortable super Jeep with our first stop at Kerið, a colorful, explosive volcanic crater. Then we head for Haukadalur, the home of the great Geyser and the reliable Strokkur geyser that erupts in 3 to 7 minute intervals. This incredible hot spring spouts boiling water to a height of 25 to 35 meters.

Our next stop is the magnificent Gullfoss waterfall cascading down in the white colored Hvítá river, originating from the Langjökull glacier. On our way back to Reykjavík we will pass some settlements of the south Iceland-the agricultural headland of Iceland.
