The home of the ancient viking parliament, Þingvellir National Park, is our first stop before we head inland to visit the great Geysir hot spring and Gullfoss waterfall. From these must see destinations, we continue further into the Icelandic highlands, on the rough Kjölur mountain road. There a boat waits too take you over Hvítárvatn to the glacier where our highly trained mountain guides will teach you how to use the basic glacier equipment before taking you up to the wonderland of ice and snow. Excluded : Lunch. Lunch can be added for extra 1.500 ISK.
Note : Bring warm clothing, rain gear and hiking shoes. Hiking shoes can be rented for 1000 ISK , we can also provide Raincoats and extra clothing, just ask us when booking the tour.
