This is a day tour that combines two of Iceland's greatest natural highlights, hot springs and glaciers.

This tour combines two of Iceland’s natural highlights, hot springs and glaciers. The tour starts with the Hengill volcanic geothermal area, only a 45 min. drive from Reykjavík, where we take a 2-3 hour walk.  Located at the foot of the old volcanic cone of Hengill, this hiking trail passes a series of beautiful hot springs en route to the Reykjadalur valley where one can enjoy a bath in a beautiful warm stream. Lastly, we enjoy a glacier walk where you discover a wonderland of ice sculptures, ridges and deep crevasses. This is a tour that offers both magnificent nature and scenery.

Minimum Age : 10 yrs.
Included : Transport, guiding services, ice gear and all necessary safety equipment.
Note : Bring warm clothing, rain gear, hiking shoes, bathing suit, towel and lunch (possible to buy en route). Boots can be rented and we lend out rain coats to those who need.
Duration : 10 to11 hours in total, 4 - 5 hours hike.
