The Blue Lagoon's water is the temperature of a warm spa or hot tub, about 40C or 104F.  Entering the water, the water's natural active mineral salts, silica and blue green algae help you relax while white silica mud gently exfoliates and cleanses your skin. With a salinity level of about 1/3 that of the ocean, the warm mineral salts relax you body and soul.  With a large area to explore, you can easily find a private space to relax.
