Eldhestar have been offering riding tours on the very special breed of Icelandic horse on their farm, Vellir, since 1986. They offer a range of tours, catering for beginners as well as experienced riders. They also offer hotel accommodation and conference facilities.

Elding follows IceWhale’s codes of conduct for responsible whale watching as well as following their own stricter guidelines. Icelandic Mountain Guides
Icelandic Mountain Guides is a leading Iceland tour operator with over two decades of experience servicing clients from all over the world. They offer many guided adventure tours in Iceland and Greenland, including hiking, glacier tours, backpacking, trekking, mountain climbing, ice climbing, cross country skiing and more, and they have tours for people of all levels. Laxnes Horse Farm was founded in 1968; they offer riding tours for all levels, as well as a visit to their farm.
North Sailing was established in 1995 in the town of Húsavík in North Iceland. They offer authentic and inspirational whale watching, marine wildlife tours and sailing adventures. North Sailing has adopted an active environmental policy based on the idea of sustainable development, their boats are old, Icelandic oak boats that no longer serve their role as fishing boats. Therefore, instead of destruction, the boats have been given a new life and at the same time cultural heritage is preserved. North Sailing opposes whale killing and supports the protection of endangered species. The company contributes to sustainable development of wildlife tourism by being a partner of The Wild North.
Reykjavik Excursions-Kynnisferðir was founded in 1968 and has, over the last four decades, grown into the one of the largest tour operators in Iceland, offering a range of excellent tours and services for individuals and groups. The company’s aim is to minimize negative environmental impact caused by its operation and to ensure responsible and sustainable use of all environmental resources used by the company by defining critical environmental factors, managing and monitoring them.
